Hi! My name is Anushka Potay, a creative professional brought up in the biryani-famous land of Hyderabad, India. And yes, I believe vegan Biryani exists (not Pulao).
I see myself as constantly striving to find balance between my love for product design, my passion for social causes and my innate ability to lead.
I combine my strengths, skillsets, and learnings from one segment and try to cross match and apply them in all other sections of my life to find the most harmonious version of myself to reflect in my design.
My approach is almost always generative and explorative to fulfill my curiosity and need for newness.
I evaluate my methods through discussions and feedback from my mentors, peers, and anybody who has had any sub-conscious effect on my life.
I make sense of the world around me by reconfiguring the chaos into patterns built by logic. I look for people, literature, and tools that can search in ways I can't, consequently exploring different disciplines of the world and gaining unique perspectives.
